Decreasing the environment
pollution of industrial productions and power
units in the capital of Ukraine is foremost

or removing of ecologically dangerous
enterprises and power units out of the town and
region.

for solving these tasks are created by reason of
supposed arrangements as for technical
reconstruction and modernization of industrial
Kyiv potential as well as organization of joint
enterprises by the assistance of foreign
investments and scientific and technical
cooperation with foreign firms and companies. It
is very important that the ecological demands
and criterions are kept by foreign and domestic
employers. So, there is a possibility to form in
the capital of our state a qualitatively new
technical and technological base that will help
to solve successfully the ecological
problems.

increasing the first task of motor-car transport
workers is implement of technical methods

vain and damage the environment. As a rule, all
that can be on fire and at the same time and
part of building materials are burned. Often all
building rubbish is throw out down through
windows cuts and doors from all the floors. This
works organization causes atmospheric air
pollution, they increase the expenses on
cleaning in one place and on cure of peoples in
other.

the building consequences that can be named by

(sanitary and epidemiology, nature protection
services) must to take an effective and strict
control over building organizations for keeping
by them of sanitary-hygienic and nature
protective norms and legislative acts. 3)
Municipal authority ought to make use of
economic sanctions that are pays and penalties
for environment pollution, annihilations of
green plantations as well as payments as
compensation of ecological damages.
So, it can be generalized that
for improvement of air basin state in Kyiv it is
necessary to take following measures:
1. To development small wastes
and wasteless technologies.
2. To implement a transition to
more qualitative fuel in industry and use of
more qualitative fuel on transport.
3. To stop expansion of
operating and to not create ecologically
"aggressive" new productions all over
the municipal territory.
4. To increase effectiveness of
operating dust and gas treatment facilities.
5. To improve structure of
municipal production forces at the expense of
ecophile and ecological compatible
productions.
6. To create and to implement
highly effective engines of internal combustion
with small toxic waste gases emissions.
7. To create a reliable scheme
of transport circles busy traffic motorways.
8. To create subdivisions of
ecological militia for improvement of control
over pollutants emissions into atmospheres by
motor transport means at the
entrances-departures and all over the town.
