Apportionment of significant areas for departments and municipal organizations for permanent or long-term use had a negative influence to ecological state of municipal forest fund. It factually led to stopping forestry, forest protective and forest sanitary arrangements at these allotments. There are about 20 forest users only on LPG (forest – perk economy) "Koncha-Zaspa" of the Golosiyivskii forestry territory. The apportioned forest measures about 800 h that is 79 % of the forestry territory. Departments that are the forest users often go on to retain forest areas after termination of agreements upon a special purpose the areas using. Today in tie with privatization processes, the attempts as for changing temporally allotted forests into permanent using are constantly made by the enterprises and organizations. They try to exclude these forest territories from state woodsy fund of Ukraine.

There are some violations of protective regime on some checked reserve territories, especially, in the parkes that are monuments of garden-park art. These parkes are the T. Rylskii Golosiyivskii park, "Nivki" park, Svyatoshin forest- park, Puscha-Vodytsya forest-park, "Lisnyky" reserved territory. The violation are in dead-wood abandonment at allotments, building without suitable permissions, wilful fellings, pollution of parks by consumer wastes.

The unsanction dumps of consumer and building wastes reached the dangerous scales. Especially that is in regions with private building (Syretskii forest, Golosiyivskii forest, Pheophaniya, Darnitskii and Svyatoshinskii LPG).
